A former consumer bankruptcy, family law, and general practice attorney, Dan Dargon now serves in the United States Army as a Specialist. Since 2011, he has participated in several activities with the Army, including his experience as a gunner, grenadier, and rifleman in combat operations. In the summer of 2012, Dan Dargon received promotion to Team Leader of his infantry fire team.

Dan Dargon previously established the Dargon Law Firm in 2008, hiring six attorneys and four paralegals to help him in the representation of clients involved in district, county, federal district, and federal bankruptcy court claims. He worked with hundreds of families to help them navigate the legal system involving personal injury, bankruptcy, and other matters until 2011, when he joined the Army and filed as “military inactive” with the New Hampshire Bar Association.

Prior to his several years of experience in legal representation, Dargon acquired an academic background in political science. He attended Bates College for four years of undergraduate study, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Rhetoric after participating in numerous debate championships and competitions as part of the school’s debate council. At Bates, Dan Dargon also helped establish The John Galt Press, and he served as the Senior Editor of this student-led publication.

Dargon enrolled at the Franklin Pierce Law Center for his graduate education, and he received his Juris Doctor with a focus on trial advocacy in 2008. He passed the Bar exam and was certified to practice law in New Hampshire in November 2008. In addition to his time working with clients for pay at the Dargon Law Firm, Dan Dargon also provided legal representation on a pro bono and reduced-fee basis for clients in need.
